AIが経営の重要なアジェンダとなり、エージェンティックAIが新たな働き手になっていく中、テクノロジーリーダーの役割はますます重要になっています。一方でAI投資からビジネス価値を享受している企業は、現時点では限定的なようです。

今回のCIO Summitでは、参加者の皆様からAI推進上の課題について共有いただくとともに、先進企業からはAI推進のベストプラクティスをお話しいただく予定です。特にデータマネジメント、セキュリティ、AIプラットフォーム、KPIなど課題になりそうな内容にフォーカスした講演やディスカッションを行う予定です。
今回のCIO Summitでは「ビジネス成果を得られるAI投資の実現に向けて：データ、セキュリティ、プラットフォーム」と題したテーマのもと、エージェンティックAI投資が本格化する中、CIOが取り組むべき戦略やAIへのアプローチについて、参加されるCIO／ITリーダーの皆様と議論します。
As AI becomes a critical management agenda and agentic AI emerges as a new workforce, the role of
technology leaders is becoming increasingly important. However, at present, only a limited number of
organizations appear to be realizing tangible business value from their AI investments. Is this simply
because we are still in the early stages of investment, or are organizations encountering challenges in
driving these initiatives forward?
At this CIO Summit, participants will share the challenges they face in advancing AI initiatives, while leading
organizations will present best practices for successfully driving AI adoption. The program will feature
presentations and discussions focused on key areas likely to present challenges, including data
management, security, AI platforms, and KPIs.
This CIO Summit will focus on the theme:
“Enabling AI Investments that Deliver Business Outcomes: Data, Security, and Platforms.”
As investments in agentic AI accelerate, this summit aims to provide an opportunity to pause for a moment
and reflect on how participating organizations approach AI.
